Ana Babic Rosario

Ana Babic Rosario, PhD, is assistant professor of marketing at the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver. Her research centers on technology-enabled communication and consumption, including electronic word of mouth (eWOM) and social media, as well as consumer timework and nostalgia. Her work has been published in top-tier academic journals, including the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, and Journal of Interactive Marketing. She regularly presents her research at leading marketing conferences, including Association for Consumer Research (ACR), INFORMS Marketing Science, European Marketing Academy Conference (EMAC) and Consumer Culture Theory (CCT). She serves on the editorial review boards of the Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, and the Responsible Research in Business and Management (RRBM) Honor Roll, as well as ad hoc reviewer for other leading marketing and consumer research journals, such as the Journal of Marketing and Journal of Retailing. Ana has received prestigious University-wide and international fellowships and grants, including from the Marketing Science Institute, and has been recognized for her research and teaching efforts. For her research contributions to the Daniels College of Business, she was awarded the Emerging Scholar Award in 2022. She has consulted with the American Marketing Association, Desklight Learning, and Comcast and teaches courses in the undergraduate and graduate programs, including Introduction to Marketing and Marketing Research.
