Kristen Lane

Kristen Lane is a Lecturer in Discipline in Marketing at Columbia Business School. She studies how social groups, identity, and brand relationships impact consumer information choice and sharing. Her research helps marketers and policy makers design better information environments to reduce the spread of misleading or deceptive information. Kristen earned her Ph.D. in Marketing from the Eller College of Management, University of Arizona.
